Originating in Orange County FL, Soaked and Co. is a small exterior cleaning company started by Shawn Planas in 2018. Shawn has worked in the industry for nearly a decade both as an employee and as a business owner. He sold his first exterior cleaning business in 2016. After living abroad for some time Shawn decided to return to the states and start a business doing what he does best. Since then Soaked has seen tremendous growth both in our wonderful clientele and in our amazing team. We aim to make a mark on our local cleaning industry by providing an all-in-one service for our clients. We offer many different services including window cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and gutter whitening. It is our goal to be the number one exterior cleaning service of choice in Central Florida.
